Birthplace: My name is Danitza Gutierrez Calapuja. I was born in the city of Arequipa , in the Province of Dodesuyo , which is in the district of the Rio Grande . I was born on August 23, 1985. I am 20 years old. My parent's names are Faustino Gutierrez Otazu and Loyola Calapuya Quispe. I have 3 siblings: Jorge(23), Alexis(2) and Liliana (17)

How Christ has changed my Life: I thank God because he changed my life. Before accepting Christ in my life I had a disastrous relationship with my parents as well as with my siblings. I would often fight with my mother and my older brother to the point where I desired their death. I met Christ in February of 2002 when I was 16 years old. After getting out of College my father suffering an accident that left him convinced to his bed for about a year. My life change and I could see it because of how different I was in the past. The loves of Christ changed me and filled my heart with love. I had originally come to church with a young man whom I left because the love of God filled my life and I felt like I needed no one other than Him. The person who took me to Christ is Efrain Tello who was the captain of the bus route that I lived in. He witnessed to me and took me to church on Thursdays almost an hour and a half before the services. The lady who discipled me was Zaida Apaza; a sister that has been a great spiritual encouragement to me.

My Calling into the Ministry: God has called me into the ministry at the moment that my father needed me the most and in fact he had become practically a paraplegic. I would pray and ask God what the wanted me to do. Finally God made me understand that the field is white to harvest, that there is a great need and that we need more workers. God showed me the need and I obeyed. I decided to do His will and follow whatever the situation. I told him that he is the only reason for living. I am now in the Seminary which gives me much theological teaching, spiritual encouragement, refreshment and a place in which to do something with my life, with the right kind of character and attitudes.

My Plans for the Future: The Macedonia Baptist Seminary has been great blessing to me in that it is preparing me. I want to be a missionary's wife and be the helpmeet for some man of God. My purpose is to serve and give glory to God with my life. This is why right now I am working with young ladies and learning to prepare lady leaders for the work for God
