Bithplace: My name is Balvina Huanta Solórzano. I was born in the town of Corahuata in the District of Santo Tomas which is in the province of Chumvibilcas , in Cusco , Peru . I am 28 years old. My parent's names are Julian Huanca and Francisca Solorzano. I have 7 siblings: Victor (33), Gregorio (passed away), Jorge (20), Juana (32), Paola (25), Mercedes (23), and Luisa (15). 

How I came to know Christ: My life was always working. For 7 years I worked with strangers and I was never taught to obey my authorities. I accepted Christ through my brother. After several months I went back into the world even though I know Christ. I was in the world for 2 years but my conscience made me feel that I was being rebellious toward God. My brother Jorge was the one that took me to church in 2001 and I reconciled myself with God. 

My Calling into the Ministry: I began to attend the Lighthouse Baptist Church after my cousin told me about it. There is where I decided to turn my life over to the Lord and study in the Seminary. My pastor, Edwin Quispe motivated me along with other seminary students. I have learned many things at the Seminary. It is a special place where they provide a sweet home for us. In the Seminary there is so much more preparation for the ministry. 

My Plans for the Future: My plans are to finish my studies at the Seminary and apply the teaching I have received here to the worked of helping young ladies and women. I want to continue to develop the talents and gifts that God has given me.
